This Valentine’s day I’m opting for a more casual look. Truth be told, we have no plans for Tuesday. Our two-year wedding anniversary is on the 21st of February, so we’re planning to celebrate this coming weekend, which will likely include a nod to the holiday of Love–Valentine’s day. Life has been so hectic these days, we tend to prefer simple nights at home. This vintage tee is perfect for a more casual celebration, and isn’t limited to just the heart-filled holiday; it transcends the month of February.  It also comes in a more subtle gray color, if you prefer. Any plans for Valentine’s day? Wether you find yourself in a relationship, or single this time of year, I hope you feel special and loved. One of my favorite authors and speakers Lynette Lewis shares an insightful perspective on Love, applicable to all: “Anyone who wants No Ordinary Love will have to invest the work, stay the course, and believe that different than what we thought, can be better than what we expected.” No love story is perfect, but often unique and beautiful in its own way. This holds true for friendships–relationships take work, but so worth the investment.
