While I wouldn’t classify myself as a natural risk-taker, on occasion I’ll push the boundaries of my comfort zone and step into new territory. However, when it comes to my lip color I go with boldness all the way! This beauty post is for risk-takers and those looking for an excuse to be audacious this spring…with their lipstick hue, that is. Nars offers a slew of reasons to be bold, starting with this poppy azalea pink.

As the spring weather rolls in, I’m slowly updating my wardrobe with neutral pieces to carry me through summer. I usually start the process by going through my closet and clearing out old pieces I no longer wear, or those that are faded and raggedy. White garments are hard to keep clean and can discolor over time, so it’s always nice to get a fresh white tee on the onset of warm weather. White, chambray and even camel are all colors that provide lots of pairing versatility for spring; and, not to mention, these colors look great together! I wore this outfit to run a few errands and to afternoon cocktails outside. After all the rain we’ve had, the hills are sprouting florescent green grass and it’s a view that doesn’t typically last long; so when the weather is nice, we opt for an outdoor table to soak in the California beauty. It’s times like these I’m in awe of where we live.
