I have a love affair with my bed. Chris calls me a professional sleeper, because I can snooze for hours upon hours. So it should come to no surprise that lounging in bed — coffee in hand — is one of my favorite pastimes. We recently invested in a fresh pair of luxury sheets from Crane & Canopy. A French Baby Shower
This past weekend a few of us gals from church hosted a french themed baby shower for our friend, Amanda. All who know Amanda know she loves white and neutral colors–so when it came to planning her shower it was an easy decision as to which colors would guide the style.

Office Facelift
This past weekend I tackled our back room, which has become more like a storage facility than an office. Things kept piling in corners to the point where we avoided using this room. Rather than sparking joy, this space created stress–more so for me than Chris, because you know how boys are…they don’t mind a little disorder here and there. So this weekend I finally got focused, and like a tornado, I gave our office a facelift.
Our Napa Valley Wedding
I’m so excited to share a few of our wedding photos and all the pretty details. I have to admit, I’m feeling a bit nostalgic now that all the festivities are over. While the planning was stressful at times, I thoroughly enjoyed the design elements of wedding planning. Our ceremony and reception took place at the Meadowood in St. Helena. The Meadowood is such a beautiful property nestled amongst acres of lush trees and trails — a Napa Valley hidden gem!
