This past week Story Hill Lane went under a spring refresh of sorts. How do you like the blog’s new design? I have to say, I still feel like a novice when it comes to the blogging world and I often rely on the blogging mavens for tips and tricks. However, the whole process has been such a fun experience–one I’m thoroughly enjoying every day.

There’s so much to learn about the inner workings of blogging, and not to mention the tech aspects. Some days I can spend hours navigating the WordPress features trying to tweak things here and there. It’s like a black hole of endless buttons and design gadgets. This hobby of mine has truly evolved into a creative passion and a labor of love. While my posting is intermittent, due to my sometimes crazy work weeks, you can expect to see me post about once a week. With each post, my vision is to share style inspiration along with lifestyle tips ranging anywhere from home decor and hospitality to beauty, faith and travels.

Speaking of travels…any vacations on the horizon? With these warm days, and even hotter days ahead of us, I’ve been bringing some of my summer clothes to the forefront of my closet. This off-the-shoulder top is one of my favorites and has me daydreaming of a coastal destination with palm trees and Pina coladas. Anyone with me?
